After taking many months off from acting and performing, I finally took the plunge last weekend, and went back to local TV land with a controversial story, that of "sexual harrassment"...
This will be part of an episode in the upcoming Channel 5 documentary "Behind Closed Doors", hosted by Vernetta Lopez, which delves into the various secrets and skeletons in the closets of everyday people...
I got to play the part of an engineer who took sexual advantage of his Indonesian maid while his family wasn't around. Basically a wolf in sheep's clothing...
It was a fun and easy shoot, with just one quick scene filmed on Friday afternoon, and the bulk of it shot on Saturday at a condo apartment at Bukit Batok...
The only difference with this shoot, is that it contains my very first topless scene on TV, as well as my very first "rape" scene on TV!
Oh, the things we do for the sake of Art... LOL
But of course, this being local TV, don't expect anything too *-rated ya? :-P
The director of this episode was Chan Bang Yuan, with whom I'd the pleasure of working with last year in the sitcom "Maggi & Me", and my sister was played by Sandra Koh, and the maid, Shasha Ya'kob...

And I do enjoy playing kooky diverse roles! I have yet to play a ghost though, that WILL be fun!
I guess I have already spent enough time playing "Edric Hsu", and it's really great to have the chance to become other people for a short time! :P
